Construction Estimator
Boless is seeking a passionate and experienced Construction Estimator to enrich its dynamic team. Do you have a knack for analysis, planning, and collaboration? This is a unique opportunity to apply your skills in a rapidly growing company.
Your main responsibilities:
- Analyze the blueprints and technical specifications of various projects.
- Prepare detailed estimates (quantities, material costs, labor, equipment, subcontracting, etc.).
- Collaborate with professionals, contractors, superintendents, and project managers.
- Assess addendums and follow up on bids.
- Analyze and participate in contract negotiations with subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate records of bids and reports.
- Develop and update supplier and subcontractor directories.
- Prepare necessary construction documents.
What we are looking for:
- A Bachelor's (BAC) or College Diploma (DEC) in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other relevant construction experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- A valid driver’s license.
Your strengths:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of estimation tools (AutoCAD, Excel, Bluebeam, Planswift, etc.).
