
Construction Project Manager

Your main responsibilities:
- Organize and Plan: Manage schedules, quality control, and contract compliance.
- Manage the Site: Ensure smooth execution of construction work, handle unforeseen issues, and monitor deadlines.
- Communicate and Coordinate: Maintain connections with suppliers, subcontractors, and all stakeholders.
- Supervise Changes: Analyze change notices and ensure their timely integration.
- Financial Oversight: Manage construction budgets, material orders, and contract awards.
- Ensure Delivery: Deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations and project standards.
- Take charge of any other related responsibilities to ensure project success.
What we are looking for:
- A Bachelor's (BAC) or College Diploma (DEC) in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other relevant construction experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- A valid driver’s license.
Your strengths:

- Excellent analytical and calculation skills, with great attention to detail.
- Autonomy, ability to handle pressure, and juggle multiple priorities.
- Being bilingual is an asset but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project). Knowledge of Bluebeam and Autodesk Build software is an asset.
